Returns for Money back Refunds
Items must be unused, unopened with packaging material be in perfect condition. Item return request must be started within 45 days from the original purchase date. Item must be returned within 60 days of original purchase date. Buyer pays all shipping. There is no restock fee for items returned brand new. If items are retuned used or installed or with damage to packaging then no refund will be given but a store credit will be given.
Returns for Exchange
There are many people that no longer want the item because of various reasons. Below are some of the reasons and what we can do to help you with those reasons.
Wrong Size or Color
If we sent you an item other than what you ordered, let us know and provide some images and we will ship out the correct item to you once we see the other item being returned. We will send you a prepaid shipping label to get you started. Just submit a ticket to get started.
If you just changed your mind about a color or changed your mind about a size, you have 5 business days to let us know about this. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs in this scenario. Just submit a ticket to get started.
Will Not Work or Missing Parts
If we did not ship you all the parts that you ordered, no problem! Send us some pictures and let us know what parts you think you should have that are missing. We pay for shipping of those parts since it was our mistake. Just submit a ticket to get started.
If your item included all the parts but for some reason it is not functioning like you think it should, go to the troubleshooting page and take your time going through the options. Some items are very specific and additional items may need to be purchased to work with your environment. The troubleshooting page will assist in figuring this out. There is no refunds for used items, only warranty exchanges if the item still has a warranty.
No Longer Need or Want Items
No longer need or want this item? No problem. Make sure your item is new, never used or opened. Make sure the item has no damage at all. If you want to return it to exchange for store credit we will pay to have the item sent back to us. Once we have the item we will give you store credit, we will not refund you. If you want a refund you will be responsible for return shipping.
If you change your mind about wanting store credit and request a refund, 20% will be deducted from your refund and your store credit will be removed. Store credit will not expire for 1 year. After 1 year you will not longer have store credit available.
