To get you your replacement super fast, be sure you went through all the troubleshooting options one at a time for your item. 98% of initial warranty requests turn out to be a bad ground connection, loose connection, or no connection at all. Many times people automatically think its their bulbs or ballasts that are bad if they don't turn on, but HID does not work that way. Be sure to read and try all the steps in the troubleshooting guide below.
These are the items we need to test individually.
1. Bulb.
2. Bulb wire.
3. Igniter
4. Ballast cpu
5. Harness
If the light does not work on the LEFT side but does work on the RIGHT side then we follow these instructions:
1. Bulb.
2. Bulb wire.
3. Igniter
4. Ballast cpu
5. Harness
If the light does not work on the LEFT side but does work on the RIGHT side then we follow these instructions:
1. Separate the bulb from the bulb wire, swap the bulbs from one side to the other and if the problem follows the bulb, then its a bulb that needs replacing. If the light stays on that original side, then move on to #2.
2. Separate the wire only from the bulb and igniter, swap only the wires from one side to the other and if the problem follows the wire, then its a wire that needs replacing. If the light stays on that original side, then move on to #3
3. Separate the igniter only from the wire and ballast, swap only the igniters from one side to the other and if the problem follows the igniter, then its an igniter that needs replacing. If the light stays on that original side, then move on to #4
4. Separate the ballast cpu only from the harness and igniter, swap only the ballast cpu from one side to the other and if the problem follows the ballast cpu, then its a ballast cpu that needs replacing. If the light stays on that original side, then move on to #5
5. change the grounds on the harness and replace the fuses in the harness if they are blown, if still a problem change the harness.
